• Quantity and material takeoffs
• Xactimate estimating for insurance claims
• Architecture plans (residential and commercial)
• MEP plans (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Permit drawings and site plans
• Bid preparation and GC/subcontractor support

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Submit clear drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Communicate any changes or concerns promptly
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are provided based on the information you submit
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Additional scope changes may result in revised pricing
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)
• Rush services may incur additional charges

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is required upon delivery of the estimate/deliverable
• For large projects, a 50% deposit may be required upfront
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved methods
• Late payments may incur interest charges (1.5% per month)
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

6. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for most estimates, depending on project complexity. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. Any delays will be communicated in advance.

7. Confidentiality & NDA

We treat all project information as strictly confidential. Upon request, we sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your sensitive information. Our team is bound by internal confidentiality policies.

8. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables become your property upon full payment
• Our website content, logos, and branding remain our property
• Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited
• We retain the right to use anonymized data for marketing and portfolio purposes

9. Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we strive for 98%+ accuracy in all estimates, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection. Estimates are based on:

• Information and drawings you provide
• Current market pricing at the time of estimate
• Standard industry practices

Actual project costs may vary based on site conditions, market fluctuations, and project execution.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pro Bids Inc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Cost variations due to market changes after delivery
• Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by client

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Revisions & Changes

• Minor revisions are included at no extra cost within 7 days of delivery
• Major scope changes will require a new quote
• Additional revision requests may incur additional charges

12. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project before work begins with a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation charges will apply based on work completed. See our Refund Policy for more details.

13. Website Use
